Reconfigure wireless printer

My HP Laser Jet Pro M15w cannot establish a wireless connection to the new network. The configuration report shows the old network address. HPSmart app does not recognize the printer because the app is on iPad that is connected to new ISP. I’ve deleted the app, and reinstalled to no avail....please help!

In order to solve this issue, try the following solution.
We can try to restore the printer's settings back to default from the EWS Page.

1. Print a configuration page to determine the IP address (eg. 192.168.1.130) or host name.
   1. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready light begins blinking.
   2. Release the Resume/Cancel button.
   3. Open a web browser, and in the address line, type the IP address (eg. 192.168.1.130) or host name exactly as it displays on the printer configuration page. Press the Enter. The EWS opens.
      

      NOTE: If the web browser displays a message indicating that accessing the website might not be safe, select the option to continue to the website. Accessing this website will not harm the computer.

2. Go to the Service tab.
3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts.

Next Connect the printer back to your Network. With the HP Smart app.

Thanks for the input but it didn’t work. My iPad browser will not connect to any site that is just an IP address I even tried to preface with “http://“!

I’m really about to give up...I cannot get hpsmart to recognize the printer except to make the printer my WiFi connection...then, hpsmart does not allow me to update the network and password info. The old network is listed and can’t be changed....I’m incredibly frustrated. 

I mean, really, HP, the printer was new in 2019! If I end up getting a new printer, it won’t be from you! This should be fixable!
