Hi I have bought this PC previous month and from that date to till today onwards I am facing network and wireless issues Firstly in the month of November I have Bluetooth issues the Bluetooth does not work properly and it is not able to connect any new device so I contact Microsoft team they help me in that case.
But I have a second issue as well and the issue was related to my wifi I'm not able to connect from my wifi I have dual band Wifi and I am only able to connect to 4 gigahertz and which is also not running properly. I tried to contact Microsoft team with this problem but they are telling me that it is a drive problem and they have done various steps regarding the change of driver updating driver disabling uninstalling and installing drivers but nothing comes to the solution and they gave me a suggestion this is the hardware problem Not a software problem so they tell me suggest me to replace this pc as soon as possible as it is in warranty.

Hi @basit01,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with your Network card.
I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have the option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
