I am facing issue of half rendering of text, images and icons in web browsers(Microsoft edge and Chrome). Most of the time the text, images and icons are only rendered half automatically after sometime and when I hover over them they fluctuates. I need to refresh them to make them perfectly rendered and ten after sometimes they again half wipped. Also I am facing a hell lot of low network. I always use hotspot of my phone for internet. Internet on my phone was working fine but the internet in my laptop is slow as well. Is there any issue with my GPU or in network or anything else. I am not facing any issue in any other application till now.
