Your notebook should not have a BIOS whitelist.

Since your notebook has an Intel processor and chipset, this card should work...

The card should be available on eBay or Amazon.

Search by the HP part number, not by the model number of the wireless card.

If you want to replace your Ralink 2.4 GHz card with a dual band AC card, you need to get the card I posted.

Can you use eBay in Russia?

You can find plenty of them for sale on eBay.  Find a seller that will ship to the Russian Federation.
