Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP Team,

 

After upgrading my laptop to Win 10 64 nit, there are a couple of error shown in my device manager and system info shows the following errors:

1. Not Available ACPI\INT3400\2&DABA3FF&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
2. PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D31&SUBSYS_81EC103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&A2 The drivers for this device are not installed.
3. PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_81EC103C&REV_08\3&11583659&0&20 The drivers for this device are not installed.
4. PCI Memory Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D21&SUBSYS_81EC103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&FA The drivers for this device are not installed.

Can you please help me find the drivers and solution?

My Laptop model is HP Notebook - 15-ay010nx

You need these drivers for your 15-ay010nx:

 

First install this driver and restart the PC:

 

Intel Chipset Installation Utility

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101370.exe

 

Then install this driver:

 

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96724.exe
