Everytime I go to use internet (Chrome) It fails to connect and has to run a diagnosis and comes up with "Reset Wifi adapter" which then fixes, until you next start Chrome.

I have read that since a recent windows 10 update this has caused many a problems with both Dell & HP laptops. Has anyone found a cure. Why haven't HP addressed and sent out a update fix?

Hi

If what you are saying is that Chrome has a problem, then I would try Windows Updates and if that connects without a problem, then the problem is Chrome.

You can of course check your WiFi adapter prior to activating chrome...

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR

Copy and Paste to use the individual command lines as needed.

Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

@Echo OFF
getmac
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers

PAUSE
systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"
PAUSE
