Hello my name is Myra and my email is [Personal Information Removed] but email me at [Personal Information Removed]com I’d like some help with my laptop, model: 11-y020wm.    Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]  I forgot my password and I have full storage so I cannot get into my account, I tried the password reset disk but failed because both laptops have two different Microsoft accounts, please help me and email soon

Hey Myra - posting private information in our public Community can attract the wrong kind of attention.

 

I've asked moderator team to remove all references to your email and your serial number.

 

If you should receive an email from a stranger who claims to have "just the thing", toss the email into your Spam bin.

 

OK - more bad news - at least for "here" in the Community ...

 

Our Community cannot provide any kind of information or help that will -- or could -- breach your system's security.

What to do?

Try contacting Microsoft Support --  Contact Us - Microsoft Support

Microsoft has a record of your "stuff" and can likely help.
