Resolver Erro E4

Geralmente o erro E4 era facilmente solucionado removendo restos de papel ou até mesmo com uma limpeza básica na parte interna, agora tá impossível! Eu já tentei praticamente tudo, nem restaurando padrões de fábrica consegui resolver. Alguém já teve esse problema e conseguiu resolver???
