I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I tried the "full permission" steps.  I was the only name listed and was able to give myself full permission (it was blank before).  I tried adding my wife, but that didn't work.   When I went to the control panel and properties for our printer, I found no security tab.  After restarting the computer, I waited until everything seemed to be full up and then opened a document and attempted to print it.  It Printed!  I went on my wife's files and it also printed.  We are back in business and I will call this a Solution.
