Just upgraded to a new router/hub from Virgin Media and now can't print. Message is 'Printer is not connected'. The printer is very basic with no control panel. Have reinstalled software. No joy. Have printed Wireless Network Test Results and see that the printer is still connected to the old network. The instructions are to move the router nearer the printer, press the WPS button and let them connect but they don't. Other instructions involve going to IP address of router etc but this hub is supposed to be idiot proof - there's no information like that with it. Can anyone help? thanks

Hi,
Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:
http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
Regards.
