Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't had success using a SIM card in the SIM slot. The model in question doesn't recognize the SIM and doesn't do anything. Already have installed all known to man drivers but still it isn't working... 

PLEASE REPLY

IF ANYONE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ??

Hi:

 

Every HP 840 G3 has a sim card slot.

 

Does your notebook have the required WWAN adapter that is needed to connect to the cellular service?

 

A sim card will only work if your notebook has one of these model WWAN adapters listed under the Network Adapters device manager category...
