The drivers are up to date (see here for a good reference)? When starting to use some hardware which wasn´t used at all in the past, I would perform a full driver update including the BIOS at first.

I have performed full drive update, but it still not working. I haven't got from where I will get that option of mobile broadband.
can you connect through any desk? and check my laptop is it properly udate or any thing i have to update

Hm ok, if the drivers and firmware is up to date then please check if the Mobile Broadband option is enabled in the Bios (however from your text it looks like you already did that).
I personally couldn´t check if your device is up to date as I´m not working for HP. You could try the following:
1.) Install the HP Support Assistant from here https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-support-assistant and login into the software once installed on your PC
2.) login into https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact
3.) Choose your device listed there and reach out the HP support via Chat/Phone
