Why is my new HP laptop sharing my personal identity with Amazon without me signing in?

The first time I visited Amazon with my new laptop it automatically signed me in even while using my VPN. I have never used the "remember me" option and have never had this security issue with any of my other HP laptops (all using win 8.1 which I prefer). Is this a Windows 10 issue that is identifying me, and how can I stop this security leak?

Thanks for your help!
