I'm unable to access the internet via an Orange sim card which I installed in the laptop.

Hi,

 

First thing: please check to see: does your machine have WWAN option ?

 

1. If yes, does it has data to go with it ? Does your WWAN module support your phone provider ?

2. If no, you need to have WWAN module to be able to use SIM card. And the WWAN module must support your phone provider.

You can use part number to buy from HP Store in your country . I believe Amazon also sells them.
