Based on the Device Manager screenshot you uploaded, your laptop primarily supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, but there’s no indication of cellular network support (SIM card or eSIM).

 

To confirm whether the HP 14ey0003au model has SIM or eSIM capability, I checked HP’s documentation, to find this model does offer eSIM support
