Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using hp elitebook 840 G7 and my sim slot is not working. What do I do?

Not all HP 840 G7 machines have WWAN option (probably 90% of them do NOT have). Did you buy WWAN option for your computer at the beginning ? Without WWAN option the SIM card is useless.

 

Please check Network adapters in Device Manager, does it have WWAN entry ?
