Hello. I have been running into the issue where when I am trying to download a game I am only getting 100-700 kbps. Which is quite slow compared to the normal 30 Mbps I have had on all my other laptops. I have restarted the machine. Made sure I am up to date on all the current drivers. But still the same issue so I did a speed test and got at most 5 Mbps down and 30 Mbps up. The up isn't the issue the down is. Trying to install a 100 GB game at those speeds takes forever. Is there something wrong with the network adapter and I need to buy a new one or are there drivers I need to get the full speeds? I don't know what to do but until I fix it I won't really be able to Download any games with a reasonable time estimate. And yes I plugged ethernet in and got a better speed result but the game ( which is Forza Horizon 4 btw) was still in KBPS, not the desired MBPS. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Hello yes I was facing the issue when I was downloading games from both the Xbox app and steam. But I have seemed to fix the issue since then. I just went into delivery optimization and changed the limit for foreground apps to the speed my service provides and background apps down to 5 mbps. But thank you for the offer. I wasn’t expecting to solve it so quickly.
