Before ask again a support, I'm going to say thanks, you all . I've found all aswers here perfectly, of course by your help. I'm really grateful of that all .
* Since I purchased my laptop I've been experiencing the problem that the USB 3.0 driver controller of PC is obviously not working becasue I tend to copy a lot of stuff onto USB drives to put into my laptop and i observe the max speed is ~4-9 mbps in any port of pc even in usb 3.0. I'm confusing what to suspect that is causing to this all on my pc because I inserted even a usb 3.0 memory stick to all ports of my pc. The result is as always worse . Please help me ?. What can I do to get rid of that issue ?
I attach the pictures to evaluate it
usb 2.0 stick on usb 2.0 port
usb 2.0 stick on usb 3.0 port
as I mentioned usb 3.0 sticks transfer rate is surely the same as above happens . I hope soon to get saticfied answer.
I appreciate your answers

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂
I truly appreciate your feedback and it keeps us going.
I came across your post and would like to help. I understand that you have an HP Notebook - 15-ay191nia. I read that the USB speed is low. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
The laptop specifications show that the left side on your laptop contains the USB 3.1 USB port. And the right side has the USB 2.0 port.
I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Uninstalling USB Root Hubs: Uninstalling USB Root Hubs forces the system to reinstall the root hubs next time the computer is started. Use the following steps to uninstall USB Root Hubs:
-
Disconnect all USB devices connected to the computer except a USB mouse and keyboard (if in use). This includes hubs, thumb drives, printers, and cameras.
-
In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
The Device Manager window opens.
-
Double-click Universal Serial Bus Controllers to expand the list.
Figure : Universal Serial Bus controllers list in Device Manager window
- Right-click the USB Root Hubs one by one in the list, then select Uninstall.
Figure : Uninstall selection in the Device Manager window
-
Click OK to confirm.
-
Continue uninstalling all USB Root Hubs listed.
-
Close Device Manager and restart the computer.
-
If the USB device that is having problems came with software and it was not previously installed, install the software now, following the manufacturer instructions.
-
Reconnect the USB device that was having problems and test it to see if it works.
If the issue persists then you may update the BIOS on your laptop. Please ensure that the charger is plugged in during the BIOS update.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know how it goes. Good luck! 🙂
