Just moved into a new house, switched from Xfinity to Verizon. Wifi speed was not great before but I chalked that up to living in an apartment complex. Now I'm living in a townhome and the wifi speed is even worse, almost unusable. The thing is, my Dell laptop works fine, no issues. My partners HP notebook also is having wifi issues. I've tried everything from restarting the router, using different channels, reinstalling the driver, nothing works. I've looked around and it seems like others are having wifi issues with HP laptops and the Realtek network adapter. Is there any fix for this?

The drivers on your notebook's support page are considerably out of date.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version on the Asus Gaming PC forum.
