I have a new HP Spectre x360 with an i7 CPU. The video streaming is incredibly slow and freezes frequently. I have tried 3 different web browsers, have done all of the Window's update and troubleshooting I can do using the HP Support Assistant, and haven't found anything that makes a difference. I'm considering returning the device. Anyone have any recommendations?

You have to say both ends. What is the other end ? Is it fast ? Please try the following test to see how fast your network is
