HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef1000 RCTO Base Model

Good evening,

I purchased a Specte X350 14-EF1000 and it seems like the sim card tray is missing. I tried to contact HP several times and NOBODY seems to be able to assist.
Per HP's tech support, I tried inserting a Micro SD by itself with no tray, but it does not fit. The nano (which is the correct one according to their specs) will not fit unless there is a tray.
HP is telling me there is no such part, but according to the manual, it should have one.

Does anybody have a solution or perhaps know where I can get the SIM tray?

The laptop comes with Intel® 5G Solution 5000 (WWAN) *Requires customer supplied SIM - AT&T, Verizon

Not missing, it does NOT have one. Which MANUAL you are talking about ? I only see the following manual

The manual you posted was for a Model number: 14-ef0xxx. My Model is the 14-ef1000 which is equipped to accept SIM Cards. Picture attached on original post for your review.

The issue is that the SIM Card does not go in on its own. It needs a tray in order to work properly. I'm amazed on how nobody at HP is able to figure this out.

I had a video chat with them proving the SIM card cannot be inserted (micro, or nano).

I appreciate your feedback!
