Hi everyone, I am in desperate need of an expert. How do I disconnect my cell phone from my laptop? It seems like my laptop is a cell phone, ( it can make and receive phone calls, record my conversations, screenshots, etc.) while my cell phone is a computer with its own special Operating System. There is this UGLY virus that can upload itself into the computer's registry whenever the computer is restarted from either a "Reset" or "Recovery", Once in the compute, it can spread itself to my other devices via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi-Direct, Pass Through, etc. At which point it can take compete control of the device by using Developer tools and Permissions, the device can connect to the internet without my knowledge, I am redirected to a URL instead of the web address I am trying to reach. For example, my bank account an d email, the URL looks very similar to the page I am searching for, but I can see the differences. The appearance of my apps change almost daily, it just depends on what I did on the App the day before. My email account has been hijacked, some days I get emails and some days I do not. It does absolutely no good to reset passwords because it can see my key strokes and will have the new password as soon as I type it in. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Please I hope someone can help me!!

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
