My Active stylus stopped working, eventhough i already used it for 3 months. i tried to change the battery with a new one but didnt work. i also try to open HP Pen Control App but its not opening. 

A quick response will be apprechiated. I need this pen for my job.

In this scenario, I personally suggest you have tried all possible troubleshooting steps and unfortunately nothing has helped.
