Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have RTL8723BE Wi-Fi network card 

I don't know the exact reason but I get very low download speed and high upload speed.

I have a ftth connection and it works well on all other devices in home, I have tried clearing all cookies  cache of all the browsers I have installed. I have tried installing all different versions of software for RTL8723BE from HP official website but nothing helped. I have even tried reinstalling the software doing all the windows updates, nothing has helped.

 

On this I only get a speed of less than 1mbps.

I have tried contacting my ips they have updated everything in the router and say the issue might be with your laptop only

What EXACTLY your HP-Notebook machine and it RTL8723BE Wi-Fi network card ?
