Hello this Paul . I’m currently facing with internet connection because I switched form windows 10 to windows server 2019. How I can return to my previous version (widows 10). I need some tips . Thank you

If you post the complete model number of that PC, better help can be given, as there are many different configurations to the Spectre X360 model line. There is an on-line recovery for some of the new models where you can recover the OS.
An alternative is to make the Windows 10 install media and at least get back to a working Windows 10 OS and then go the support site and let HP tell you what is missing.
With a working PC go here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and follow the directions. Then install Windows 10
The HP support site:
Then pick "Let HP detect your product" or fill in the appropriate data in the box "Enter your serial number or product name"
if that does not work
