In 2015, I bought a HP Spectre x2 Detacthable computer that was locked on to the Verizon network. I now live in South Africa and I find that it can not accept a SIM card from a different mobile service provider. On their website, Verizon say that the device can be unlocked to work with a network provider of my choice.
My device is Serial Number [edited] and Product Number N5S14UA#ABA.
I am seeking assistance to unlock it from Verizon so that I can use it with a service provider of my choice here in South Africa, or any other country.
