Hello !
The Bluetooth icon is missing from Device Manager after upgrading to Windows 10 from windows 7. I tried to fix the issue by installing Intel® Pro Set /Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 64 bits, I also updated the Network adapters but invain. I will be grateful for your Help thanks a lot.

Hi:
Most likely the Bluetooth was turned off during the upgrade to W10.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to make a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.
https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
Boot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing,' and see if you can turn on the Bluetooth radio in Ubuntu.
If you can, you can exit out of the Ubuntu program, remove the DVD or flash drive installer and the BT should now be on in W10.
