I’m having issues connecting to the internet. I have restarted my laptop to its factory setting and it still doesn’t seem to work. The troubleshooting is not coming up with anything anymore however previously it kept showing “The Wi-Fi adapter is disabled” and “The Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems”. I have attached a picture of what is supposed to be the wifi symbol

How can you access to this forum ? You can use other machine to download file to USB drive and run on your machine .

Reset to factory settings, it goes back to Windows 8.1

I can't find its specs, looks like it uses 32 bit version of Windows 8.1. Please try
