HP Recommended

Dear Team,

I am facing an intermittent issue with the Trackpad on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14 (Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2 – Build 19045).

Issue Summary:
The trackpad stops working after some time, though it functions correctly after a system restart.

In Device Manager, I see a yellow exclamation mark on the I2C driver.

There are two I2C controllers listed under Device Manager.

I attempted to manually install the following drivers, but received a compatibility error: "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19045)."

Drivers Tried:
Intel Serial I/O / I2C Chipset Driver

Touchpad Driver (Synaptics / ELAN)

Please advise on how to resolve this driver compatibility issue or share the correct, compatible drivers for my device and OS version.
