I was trying to install dcp T710w iprint, usb base print is installed and working. But NOT THE WIRELESS PRINT. On my device manager, PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller ((VEN_8086&DEV_318C&SUBSYS_85F5103C&REV_03)), is not installed. I tried HP Driver Update Assistant, installed the suggested driver, but an error appeared saying "The driver is not supported on this os version 10.0.19044"

Hi @Vetkin09,

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

It sounds like you're facing a couple of issues, mainly with getting wireless printing to work and dealing with a missing or incompatible driver for your PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller. Let's break this down and try to troubleshoot:

1. PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller Issue

The error you mentioned indicates that a specific driver for a system component (likely your network adapter or chipset) is missing.

  • Driver Update: Download the latest drivers from HP’s official site for your laptop model (HP 15s-du0047tu). HP usually has drivers for all components (including the network adapter and chipset) listed under the support section for your laptop model.

  • Windows Update: Sometimes, Windows will automatically find and install the required drivers through Windows Update. You can check if there are any new updates under Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

2. Wireless Printing Issue

Once you’ve solved the driver issue, we can look at the wireless printing setup. If the USB base print is working but wireless printing isn't, it's likely a network or driver configuration problem.

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure that your printer and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If your printer is connected via Wi-Fi, it won’t be able to communicate with your computer unless both are on the same network.

  2. Reinstall Printer Driver: Even though the USB print works, the wireless print setup might need a reinstallation of the wireless driver. Go to the printer settings and select Add Printer. If the wireless option appears, select your printer and install the driver that way. You may also download the latest drivers from the official support website.

  3. Check the Printer’s Wireless Settings:

    • Ensure the printer is in wireless mode and connected to your Wi-Fi. You can usually find this under the printer’s control panel settings.

    • Try running the printer's Wireless Setup Wizard, which can help you configure the printer to the correct network.

  4. Network Reset: If the printer isn't appearing or not communicating wirelessly, consider resetting both your printer’s network settings and your Wi-Fi router to clear any potential misconfigurations.
