Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One Printer

 

I am getting the following message  on my printer screen and not able to print anything. The Problem started with Paper Jam message. When I checked the printer for jammed paper, I haven't seen any Jam.  Tried several times and the message keeps on popping up. I have a wireless HP Office jet Pro 6970 printer.

 

"There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the Printer Off, then On. If you continue to get this message, contact HP 0x6100004a"
