Product: Thunderbolt Dock G2
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have recently purchased a Thunderbolt Dock G2 to act as a hub on my desk. I managed to get 2 monitors set up despite the MST issue, however I am struggling with the ethernet. Has anyone got ethernet working on this hub and a macbook pro (MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports))? 

 

Can anyone help me here?

I had the same issue. Someone suggested to restart computer. I'm connected now to both Wi-Fi and "USB 10/100/1000 LAN".

I have MacBook Pro 13 2019.
