HP Envy 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Soundcore Anker Q20 headset is able to pair and connect to my HP Envy 13t but the headset immediately turns off. I have tried:

1) uninstalling and reinstalling bluetooth drivers

2) making sure no other bluetooth devices are connected

3) resetting the headset

The headset works well with my phone and another laptop (Lenovo) so it seems to be a weird combability issue with this laptop. I think the bluetooth on my HP laptop works because it is able to connect to my phone and use the bluetooth connection for a hotspot. So I'm not sure what the next step would be. Any help?

I solved the issue by changing from Realtek Bluetooth Adapter to Generic Bluetooth Adapter.
