Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

  • Go to Wi-Fi settings, forget the network, then reconnect to it.
  • Turn off and turn on your Chromebook.
  • Turn your Wi-Fi router off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
  • Make sure the date and time are correct on your Chromebook.
  • Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for Updates and install any updates.
  • Go to Wi-Fi settings and set DNS to Automatic.
  • Turn off "Enhanced Protection" in Chrome settings if it's causing issues.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
