Hello, sooo im trying to solve a thingy here you see i downgraded my hp pavilion gaming 15 (which is pretty new in the release date) and i didnt like windows 10 (mainly beacuse of the privacy grubbing hands of microsoft (basiccly the manditory data collecting) and since i love windows 8 (dont ask) i love its simplified windows 7 look and mainly the start menu (again dont ask) and its also such a nostalgia os (played alot of minecraft on it with my best friend) ANYWAY thats not the point the main thing is that the WLAN chip that is installed on the motherboard doesnt work with the windows 8 drivers only windows 10 and i really need help i geniunlly want to use windows 8 i really like it but i cantr since i need wifi working and im typing this from upstairs (ethernet) and my room is downstairs. So please if anyone could find compatible WLAN drivers that work please send them 😞 i really really wanna use windows 8 but cant 😞
BTW the driver just says Network controller, here are the compatible drivers (again only problem is they only work on windows 10:
