Product: HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca0000 (567C9AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

I just purchased this for my son, it’s a Christmas gift so I am trying to set it up. When I get to the network screen and select my Wi-Fi network; the next screen appears and says network not available but the connection actually shows connected. I have reset the computer and Wi-Fi. I get the same screen every time and cannot continue with setup.
