i dowloaded and installed apropriate drivers from hp website.wifi and bluetooth did not work,there are no such drivers installed when i checked in DEVICES..I need suitable drivers for wifi and bluetooth.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to install Bluetooth and Wireless driver.
Download and install HP Support Assistant
It will automatically detect the missing driver and update it.
Here is the HP document for the steps to install and use HPSA:- Click here
If the Bluetooth and Wireless are still not shown, then run a hardware test om WiFi module.
