Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ee000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to use an USB-C to RJ45 adapter to connect my laptop directly to the internet, without wifi, but it is not working, the adapter works perfectly on other devices, including my phone, but in my laptop there is no Network Cable or Ethernet Cable adapter option anywhere.

 

How can I use this adapter with this laptop?
