USB ports don’t work anymore

Hi! My USB ports stopped working last week. I have researched online on how to check if they’re up to date, and everything looked fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled them, and they still don’t work. I’ve plugged in mouse dongles, my cell phone charger into the usb, and they’re just dead. Does anyone have any insight on what I need to do here?
