So today randomly my laptopldecided to not work. I'm trying to access the internet but it says "No Internet". The internet works fine on every other PC and laptop and mobile connected to the same WIFI. It's a problem with my laptop. I need to fix this.

Welcome to HP forums.
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:
-
Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link
-
Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.
-
Now try to connect to the internet wireless.
The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
Let me know how it goes.

Run a test on the Wireless card from F2
Refer this HP document for the steps to run the test - Click here
Uninstall the wireless drivers from device manager:
Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Network adapters>then select the wireless drivers and right-click on it and uninstall the Wifi drivers.
Now restart the computer and then check again.
Let me know if that helps.
