HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

Installed a new modem which we had to create a new name for wifi network.  Changed printer to new wifi network and printer says "connected" but won't print.  When running HP Print and Scan Doctor I enter in the printer's IP Address but keep getting the following error message - "IP address is either incorrect or from a different wireless network that has the same name as your network".

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

I followed the instructions from the link you gave me.  I'm still getting the same error message.

 

You mentioned the different router bands.  We didn't change the router, just the modem.
