Product: HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0598na

I am unable to connect my laptop to Amazon Eero6 router. I think it runs wifi 6

 

I have tried updating drivers for Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac to latest on hp site but after restart laptop connects briefly to Talktalk wifi with a very weak signal before dropping out completely.

 

Are there any drivers to make thos network adapter wifi 6 compatible?

That model Wi-Fi adapter is only a Wi-Fi 5 adapter.

 

The latest driver HP has for that model Wi-Fi card is this one:

 

Version 2024.10.230.1

No Wi-Fi 6 cards were offered in your notebook's model series.

 

If you want to see if a Wi-Fi 6 card will work in your notebook, give this one a try:

 

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro) HP part #/SPS # L35282-005.
