Unable to connect to Wifi network (device not ready Fireware missing) Debian jessie

Hi Team,

 

I have installed debian jessie in my laptop. I have been trying to connect to my wireless network. All I could see is wifi network is disabled and it shows "device not ready and firmware missing". Could you please help me resolve this issue?
