Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My wireless connection is not working, I tried system restore, start up repair, followed shared network troubleshooting, it only prompt an error no network adapter.

Hi:

 

See if you can turn on the wifi adapter with the HP wireless assistant.

 

If you can't, then the adapter has a hardware problem...either needs to be removed and reseated, or it needs to be replaced.
