My HP Notebook - 14-ck2018tu unable to load the inbuilt Wifi Card reader as a result of the same each time I Switch on the Machine I have to Insert a external Wi-fi Card reader to perform my work. I already update my BIOS Update and Windows Updates on regular basis.

I can't find its official specs BUT I believe it uses Realtek wifi adapter part #  L21480-005. Please download and install

 

Wifi             : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105752.exe

Bluetooth : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104078.exe

Thanks, the problem seems to be solve.

Today once again the same problem starts. Without the external Wi-fi Card its not possible to run the laptop. Please suggest.
