Hi, I'm having problem with my Windows Firewall. I have tried restarting this service from my task manager services but it won't. Although it's status always show as starting. I guess due to this, other services depending on it like Base Filtering Engine, CoreMessaging are taking almost 30-35% CPU space and slowing my system down. Please provide a solution for this.

Please run an SFC Scan. You can follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
Next follow these steps
Step 1: Click “Settings” in the “Start Menu”. And then choose “Update & Security”.
Step 2: Select “Windows Security” from the left pane and choose “Open Windows Defender Security Center”.
Step 3: Open Windows Defender’s settings, and then click on the "Virus & Threat Protection settings" link.
Step 4: Click the Real-Time Protection, Cloud-Delivered Protection and Automatic Sample Submission switches to turn Windows Defender off.
Then follow the same steps to turn it back ON again
Keep me posted how it goes😊
