Hi
My machine is a HP Probook 4410s and I am a Windows 7 (32 bit) user.
I have one unknown device showing in my device manager. I have tried to update the driver but windows does not recognize it as well as I am not able to uninstall / remove it.
Help please.
Thanks.

Hi, @basten
It is the right driver, but try a newer revision...
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp57001-57500/sp57275.exe
Sometimes when a driver is stubborn and refuses to install, you have to manually install it.
So if the above driver does not automatically install, then manually install it as follows...
Go to the device manager and click on the Unknown Device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp57275.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.
