Product: HP Notebook - 17z-ca100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 constantly stops working for no apparent reason. I notice this usually after I leave it idle for awhile, resulting in it showing up as disconnected in Settings even though it is still powered on. I am at a total loss as to what is needed to resolve this problem because I have done a driver downloaded / installation from HP's support website, and driver update in Device Manager, with a reboot after each operation.
I should mention I am having the same problem with another Microsoft bluetooth product, their Sculpt Comfort Mouse.
I look forward to ideas from the community for a solution.
