I am having issues with my Wifi stability. I appears to be a problem with the Driver. Please send "simple method" instructions to follow, for reinstall of the driver via Control Panel access.

Hi @Gander60,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to reinstall the Realtek RTL8821CE Wi-Fi driver on your HP Laptop PC 15s-Fq2000 using the Control Panel in Windows 10:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Control Panel:
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type "Control Panel" in the search bar, and press Enter.
Navigate to Device Manager:
- In the Control Panel, select "Device Manager." If you don't see it, change the "View by" option at the top right to "Large icons" or "Small icons."
Locate Network Adapters:
- In Device Manager, find and expand the "Network adapters" section by clicking the small arrow next to it.
Uninstall the Realtek Wi-Fi Driver:
- Right-click on "Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter" and select "Uninstall device."
- In the Uninstall Device window, check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Uninstall."
Restart Your Laptop:
- After the driver is uninstalled, restart your computer. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically upon reboot.
Download and Install the Latest Driver:
- If Windows doesn't automatically reinstall the driver or you prefer the latest version, download it from the HP support website.
- Search for your laptop model (HP Laptop PC 15s-Fq2000) and go to the "Drivers" section.
- Download the latest Realtek RTL8821CE Wi-Fi driver for your operating system.
- Once downloaded, open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
Update Windows:
- Ensure your Windows 10 is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

I hope this helps.
