I bought this laptop in September this year and since then I've had this problem that I cannot seem to fix. Whenever I am in video call (Zoom, Discord, WhatsApp), if I share the screen, suddenly my Internet connection in the call becomes unstable, the ping gets very high (700-900) and the other person in the call cannot hear me anymore. This goes away after like 20 seconds, but comes back in the following minute or so. This also happens if I use the Internet during the call (a simple search on the web gets my audio to cut off). It is not a Wireless router problem, as this does not happen on my other laptop while connected to the same wi-fi. I have updated every network driver possible at this point.
I'd be grateful if someone could help me.
